We couldn't pass up a local tractor show, so on Sunday we headed down to McKinney, Tx to check out the festivities. As usual, Gavin couldn't get enough of the tractors. Most of these were vintage tractors, so it was really pretty interesting.
Emery wasn't as enthused (and wasn't feeling good), but there was also a petting zoo to keep her entertained.
Look closely and you'll see that Gavin has a tractor in each hand (presents from Grandma). He carried these around the entire time! He can even tell you which one is the John Deere and which is the Case tractor!
We watched the tractor parade before heading home, so Gavin and Emery got to wave and clap at all of the tractors going by. It was a fun day!
Tip for anyone who's kids love tractors: At most of these events, there are vendor booths with GREAT tractor literature. Pick up a few new tractor books for free! Hey......times are tough. :-)
