Walking and Biting

I guess Gavin decided that yesterday was a nice day for a walk. He has been taking a few steps over the past few weeks, but hasn't felt confident enough to just let go and take off across the room.

He loves to walk over to Emery and tackle her. The hair pulling is still a MAJOR issue. Seems to be getting worse as her hair is longer (and more tempting).

We also had our first bite. Emery likes to give Gavin kisses on the forehead while I change his diaper......Weird, I know. I guess she likes having a captive audience?? He usually tolerates it. Today, one of her "kisses" left teeth marks on Gavin's forehead. He DID NOT enjoy it.

I feel like a referee for the WWF. Knock on wood, Gavin hasn't yet scaled the stair railing to take a dive on top of her.

Wrestling aside, we are very proud of Gavin! I guess we officially have toddlers!

Way to go Gavin! He will be right behind her soon.
I especially like watching Emery clean up whatever he dropped on the way.

At any given time, you can find (and eat) Cheerio scraps from our floor. So, Emery was just having a little snack. :-)
