Trust me when I say that this is one of the MINOR messes she's made over the last month.
Just before posting this, I was wiping toilet water off the walls of our bathroom. She would have been supervised, but Gavin simultaneously took off a poopy diaper in the other room. When dealing with multiple children, I follow a basic priority list:
1. Is anyone bleeding?
2. Is anyone in immediate danger?
3. Is there poop where it does not belong?
4. All other issues
I'm thinking of tweaking this list to:
1. Is Emery suddenly very quiet or out of my sight?
2. Is anyone bleeding?
3. Is anyone in immediate danger?
4. Is there poop where it does not belong?
5. All other issues.
Over the past week, she's also emptied two tubes of my lip gloss on the cabinets and floors (and in her eyes!), written on the walls, and swallowed 1/3 of a pack of chewing gum. This is all while being closely supervised! She's a piece of work and tests my patience on an hourly basis, but OH MY GOSH she's determined and is hilarious! It's hard to keep a straight face during many of her antics. Let's just hope I make it through the next few months!

This is funny and scary at the same time. Funny because she's not mine, scary because I have one jsut like her. Lily is so determined to do whatever she pleases. If I see her doing something she isn't supposed to she just looks at me and says "what" Oh the next 16 years are going to be a roller coaster!
